Grandma's Wedding Ring Class

IMG_0715_1Did you ever want to make a Wedding Ring Quilt?  Hettie's will be holding a class using the Judy Neimeyer method of foundation piecing.

Dates are Saturday 16th February and Saturday March 2nd 10.00am-3.00pm.

Our sample in the shop is made from batik fabric, but this quilt can be made in any combination.  It would look fabulous in our new shot cotton range by Reece Scannell.

I am making mine in the new "Dancing in the Rain" reproduction range by Laundry Basket Quilts.

Shot Cotton These gorgeous shot cotton fabrics arrived today from Reece Scannell. They are packed in 50cm pieces-only 90cm (36") wide. Priced at $15 per pack. These are 100% cotton and can be more interesting than using plain fabrics. They are just perfect for the Grandma's Wedding Ring quilt. The shades of colours can be graded from light to dark. This is just a sample of colours.
