Spend Saturday morning (10.00-12.30) quilting and chatting in Ellen's class. Suitable for beginners and experienced quilters, this class is a lot of fun. Cost is $18.00
Sit & Sew classes are held on Tuesday mornings 10.00-12.30.
Cost is $18.00
This class is for sewing projects other than quilts eg bags, cushions, embroidery (though some projects look a lot like quilts to me!!)
Wednesday is a Quilt & Chat day. Bring a friend and sit and sew. Whilst there is no teacher present, just come and ask for help from the shop staff if you need it. The morning session is from 9.30am-12.30pm. The afternoon is from 12.30pm-3.30pm.
Cost is $6.50 for a half day or $10.00 for the full day.
The classroom has air conditioning and heating, there are irons provided as well as cutting mats, and the tables are large enough to pin out a quilt. Also of course there is tea and coffee to go with the 'chat'.
What a pleasant way to spend a Saturday morning. A peaceful and sociable class, Wendy takes you through the methods of hand piecing and quilting.
$18.00 per lesson from 10.00am-12.30pm, but only on the first Saturday of each month.
