Afternoon Tea

A very nice customer bought afternoon tea for us on Saturday.  I have to say, this was the most delicious fruit tart we have ever eaten.

Shaped like an apple and glazed, with a custard base, it was so nice that when I went to get the leftovers it was gone.  I think my husband inhaled it as he walked past. 

I must find out the Bakery name as I definately would like to have it again.
