Starting next Sunday, Helen Stubbings from Pattern Press, will begin a personal lesson program for you all. The plan is to post every Sunday with a new stitch or tip or tutorial on stitching and embroidery. She will start right at the beginning – if you already stitch you never know you may pick up something, even just one little thing that is new or different. And if you have never touched a needle and thread she will have you making beautiful stitches in no time. She doesn't profess to know it all..but is ready to share what she does know. Portable Workstation Portfolio and Sewing Book Workshop
Beautifully created with the choice of your own fabric and trim, this gorgeous workset with attention to detail will be constructed over 3 Sundays.-
July 17th, August 21st & September 11th. 10.00-4.00pm
Cost is $150 for the three days plus kit cost TBA.

The Portable Workstation Portfolio consists of a
- lattice board (to hold instructions, photos etc)
- Ironing Board
- Design walls (to hold small pieces of a block in places during transport or construction)
- Pocket to hold a small cutting mat and ruler etc.
The Sewing Book complements the workstation. It contains:
- needle book
- heart pincushion
- scissor keep
- thimble/bobbin/thread cutter pocket
- and a deep channel at the base for reels of thread, tape measures etc.
You will also be given a pattern and instructions to make a zippered bag for holding larger items.
